The authorities of the concessions have protected them and assisted them as well as they can. It is clearly show therefore that the concessions have been an obstacle in the way of the National Government in its revolutionary work. If this obstacle is not removed it will be a reat danger to the progress of our revolution. Therefore the resumption of the concessions has now become one of the most import problems of the Chinese National
